For small decor, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for large furniture pieces, our team will contact you to coordinate a professional freight pickup.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the item to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
